    Folks,

I try to keep things pretty simple.

In my experience of training horses, I find that firmness and consistency are the keys to success. I wear spurs when I train, because I find my horses learn quicker what I want of them and respond more precisely to cues. After just a couple go-rounds they generally respond very well to gentle touches. Seems like people respond in generally the same way as horses.

    So, simply put,

    – keep your post topics heading in the same general direction as the forum title. I may moderate or move a thread if I think it fits better somewhere else.
    – Be courteous. The admins wear the spurs. Everybody else is in soft heels.
    – Any post or thread that violates these simple rules will be moderated or deleted.
    – Any member who violates these simple rules repeatedly will be removed from the forums.
    – It’s my website and I can change these rules anytime I feel the need. 😉
    – This site is G-rated…well, maybe occasionally PG.
    – Any complaints should be emailed to the admins at “admin@westerntrailrider.com”.
